Rat Recipes

Some people consider it bad to eat the rat meat, but eating rat is very common in most Asian countries. They eat it by their own option and find it yummy and tasty like other meats.  There is a tribe near north-east India; they celebrate the rat festival every year. Other countries that like to eat rat meat in their daily routine are China, Indonesia, New Zealand, Cameroon, and the Philippine. They prepared this food with the help of spicy sauces.  So do not get surprised if you see the rat part of their food. They eat it because they like it, not because they are striving.  The only issue with a cooking rat is they consist of germs, while some cultures cook them with their hair that gave a smelly odor.

• Take the rat as a healthy food.
• Caught the rat, read should be dead before to cook them
• Remove the skin of rat/you can cook it without removing the skin
• Wash it properly 
• Then, smoke the rat with hickory; continue this process until they did not get smoky. 
• When the meat turns into smoky, then put the meat on the open fire, do this process until they did not get crispy. 

Try to eat the rat that is healthy because if you skin the sick rat, that can transmit disease into your body.  How can you know about either rat is healthy or not? To know the answer read the following instructions.

• On the next step, you have to remove the brain and digestive system of the rat.

Removing the rat hair on the fire will produce a bad smell, but it did not mean they are sick; they have a natural smell that you can feel after putting them o fire. If you do not cook the rat properly, it means bacteria are not burnt, and eating that meat can cause any disease.  The taste of the meat depends on their diet like the rat of rural areas, or open habitat may have a different taste because they consume healthy food like they may eat barriers and the other healthy thing. While the rat lived in the urban areas, they usually eat garbage, so the taste of their meat is less delicious as compared to the rats that take a healthy diet. So eating the rat that lives in the urban area means you are going to eat germy instead of yummy. The taste of the meat can be changed due to age factor; a young rat may taste tastier as compared to an older rat.
